I'm Elisabeth, but you can call me Elis.
 

I'm a graphic designer at Bakery Agency in Austin, Texas, where I work across branding, packaging, illustration, campaigns, and digital design. Over the past few years, I've had the opportunity to help shape work for brands in beauty, food and beverage, alcohol, and lifestyle spaces. What I enjoy most about design is that no two days look exactly the same. Every project brings a new challenge, a new perspective, and an opportunity to learn something new.

I was born in Hong Kong and grew up in a culturally diverse family, spending time in Paris, Beijing, and Texas. Those experiences shaped the way I see the world and taught me to appreciate how culture influences creativity, communication, and connection. I graduated from Texas State University with a BFA in Communication Design and a minor in Electronic Media, but some of my biggest lessons have come from the people I've met, the places I've visited, and the conversations I've had along the way.

As a designer, I'm drawn to work that feels authentic and human. Whether it's a simple visual system or a highly detailed illustration, I believe thoughtful details can make people pause, connect, and remember. I care deeply about collaboration and process, and some of my favorite work has come from building ideas alongside talented teammates. I also like to keep things fun. I'm usually the person cracking a joke during a meeting or finding small ways to keep the creative energy light while we figure out how to make something great.
